Privacy Policy

Your email address — to log you in, send one-time codes, and send notices about your reports.

Birth details — the name, gender, date and time of birth, birth city and relationship you enter for yourself and your family. These are used only to calculate charts and write reports.

Order records — which report you bought, the amount and the date. Card details are handled directly by our Merchant of Record, Waffo; we never receive your card number.

Technical logs — our server briefly keeps access logs (IP address, browser type, time) to fix problems and prevent abuse.

If you use the free chart without logging in, your birth details are used only to show the result and are not stored in our database.

To calculate charts and generate and store your reports so you can come back to them any time.

To send login codes and, when needed, notices about your reports or the service. We don't send marketing emails unless you separately agree.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

We share information only as needed to run the service, with these kinds of providers: AI writing services (which receive birth details and chart results to write your report, but not your email address), email delivery, payment processing (handled by our Merchant of Record, Waffo), and network and font services. These providers may be located outside your country or region, including in the United States and mainland China.

We may disclose information where required by law through proper legal process.

We use only two essential cookies: your login session (sid) and your language preference (lang). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your account, family details and reports are kept until you delete your account. Access logs are normally kept for no more than 30 days. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.

You can edit or delete family members at any time on the My Family page.

To export your data, delete your whole account, or ask about how we handle your information, email support@familybazi.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your family details and reports, and turns off all share links.

The whole site uses HTTPS. Login codes and session tokens are stored only as hashes. Share links use random tokens and never show birth dates or birthplaces.

The site is intended for adults. Parents may enter their children's birth details, which are used only for charts and reports in the parent's own account.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you about significant changes.
